Christ Shall Appear a Second Time Without Sin

“So Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.” Heb. 9:28.

This scripture is quite simple and straightforward, in full harmony with what is written previously in the second, fourth and fifth chapters. He shall appear a second time apart from sin, apart from sin in the flesh, without being like us in all things. He appeared the first time with sin in the flesh. For our sakes He took upon Himself a flesh that both was and still is of the seed of David, so that sin could be condemned in this flesh. He is coming the second time to fetch the firstfruits of this great work!
