God’s peace.
Thanks for the time together. It was a joy for me to be with all of you there in Sarpsborg. Our last Bible study at 3 p.m. was interrupted. That kind of meeting should not be held in a public hall where just anyone can come in. Jesus took His disciples aside when He wanted to tell them something. I called Br. Berg on the phone today, and he has still not received any response from Porsgrund. I asked him to write to them immediately and let them know that we made other arrangements since so much time had gone by. He said that he will write to them right away.
The friends here are not inclined to have a conference here again. We have held two of them here recently, and there are considerable expenses associated with organizing these events. I have also written about this to Aksel. Perhaps it could be held in another place this time; for example, Drøbak, Kristiania, Hønefoss, or Sarpsborg.
I am returning the letter you sent.
It is no wonder that the papers are not being delivered when they only give addresses like this: School teacher Agnes Frøland. Ålesund.
I have sent her another copy, but it is not certain whether it will arrive.
Greet the brothers.
Warm greetings,
Johan
