Horten, March 17, 1913
Dear Br. Aslaksen,
God’s peace.

Thank you for your letter. You will be happy to hear that I have rented the large room at the Temperance Hall for an evangelistic meeting on Easter Sunday at 5 p.m. I am planning to advertise that you, Br. Pettersen, and Aksel will be there, so now none of you can stay home.

Yesterday I was in Kristiania. We had a Bible study at Br. Hansen’s place at 3 p.m. The house was full, and God blessed us. I hope that you are doing well and that God is prospering you in His work with others. May God give you strength and grace in your work, which God will richly bless. Greet the friends.

Your brother,

Johan

We have spoken about the conference to some people from Tønsberg and to Alvild from Nøterø. I just wrote to G. Hansen in Tønsberg about this and about the vouchers which can be obtained from Br. E. P. in Sarpsborg.

The advertisement is as follows:

As part of a conference, an evangelistic meeting will be held on Easter Sunday at 5 p.m. at the Temperance Hall. All are welcome. Elias Aslaksen, Aksel Smith, Emanuel Pettersen.
