“Turn back, my daughters . . . .” Vs. 11-13.

They still had not resisted sin to bloodshed. Their hearts still were divided and questioning. Faithful Naomi wanted to have them completely; if not, they could return to Moab. She would not have tempted them so hard if she had sought her own. Then she would have reckoned that they would give her aid on the way and support her in her old age. But Naomi was a servant of God in spirit and truth; therefore she had sufficient strength to ask them to return to their own land.
