Let Me Glean and Gather after the Reapers

When the reapers in God’s field speak about God’s Word together, adding one thing to another so as to bind the whole thing together into a glorious sheaf, some ears will always fall down that can be of nourishment for a poor Ruth. She did not comprehend the entire sheaf, but she well understood the meaning of the individual ear of wheat. Ruth understood her place and she began with little.

This teaches us that there is always someone who gleans after the reapers. What a responsibility the reapers have when they speak about God’s Word together, so that they do not argue and thereby fill a poor Ruth who listens to them with corruption.
