“As We Received Commandment From the Father.”

Commandments, orders, and prohibitions are some of the very worst things most people know. One main reason for this is that people according to the usual thinking, reckon they are being deprived of something good by means of all these commandments and prohibitions. There may be something to this when it concerns human commandments.

However, when it concerns God’s commandments, it is a completely different matter! It is necessarily the very opposite! Because God is absolutely good and absolutely wise, because He is absolute love and therefore desires only our very best, all His commandments must necessarily be to our advantage!

This is why it is unquestionably meaningful for us to love His commandments! It is the same as loving advantages and true happiness. And who would not like to do that?

Alas, Alas! How people’s minds have become darkened, even the minds of many believers; consequently they do not know what is best for them!
