God’s Mystery Is Christ

“That their hearts may be comforted, being knit together in love, and attaining to all riches to the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, that is, Christ.” Col. 2:2.

This scripture also tells us in plain language that great godliness and love are required if we are to attain to the understanding of God’s mystery, which is Christ: He who was manifested in flesh, and justified in the spirit—He who is one flesh with His chosen bride, the church of the living God. People usually admit that it is a mystery. But the fact is that when we commit ourselves to God, He reveals Himself to us and lets us look into this great mystery, which is Christ!
