Copyright Policy

Stiftelsen Skjulte Skatters Forlag (SSF) (EN: "Hidden Treasures Foundation") is a steward of valuable resources in the form of intellectual property, including copyrights, that it creates, as well as intellectual property for which different authors and creators have transferred the ownership and rights to SSF. SSF encourages the use and sharing of its resources to draw attention to, and promote the Christian message of sanctification and discipleship.

At the same time, SSF has obligations to preserve the legal rights and integrity of these resources. Therefore, any use, reproduction, or distribution (online or otherwise) of SSF's content (or an associated sub-brand) must be done following the terms of this Copyright Policy.

Resources and Trademarks

This policy protects all resources owned by SSF by providing guidelines for their limited use for the purposes stated above. "Resources" include all books, magazines, articles, devotionals, teaching series, sermons, podcasts, music, communications, illustrations, artwork, and all forms of media owned by SSF and provided by SSF through our many outreach initiatives including, but not limited to, hiddentreasures.org, sanctification.org, @TreasuresofSanctification (Youtube), Hidden Treasures Magazine and SongTreasures App. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, resources may not be reproduced or distributed for commercial purposes or monetary gain.

Written permission from SSF is required to reproduce, display, or in any way use a trademark, service mark, design mark, logo, or trademarked image owned by SSF or one of the aforementioned initiatives.

Usage and Distribution Guidelines

You must observe the following usage guidelines in addition to the ones stated above when using any permitted SSF resource under this Copyright Policy. The following applies to all permitted uses listed below:

The content and format of the resource may not be altered;
No derivative work may be generated;
No direct or indirect revenue may be generated, including sales, subscription, or marketing;
No fees or other remuneration may be charged;
Appropriate citation, as described below, must be given.

Audio and Video Resources

The use of audio and video resources is subject to the following conditions:

SSF's audio and video resources may be used in church, small groups, and private group settings. You may play SSF audio and video content to a live audience of any size provided that the event is non-commercial and no fee is charged.
SSF audio and video resources may not be recorded and/or re-uploaded to other websites, channels, social media sites etc.
To share free audio and video content from hiddentreasures.org, sanctification.org, @TreasuresofSanctification, SongTreasures or any other digital initiative by SSF, you must hyperlink to the page that contains the media. Content may not be re-uploaded or distributed in other ways without special permission from SSF.
Music audio produced by SSF may not be copied or distributed.
SSF's songs and melodies may not be recorded without special permission from SSF.

When sharing our song resources, please include the following attribution:

Publications (Articles, Blog Posts, and Books)

The use of SSF's textual resources is subject to the following conditions:

Brief excerpts and quotes (not to exceed 250 words) from SSF's textual resources may be quoted in print or online provided that the source is cited (see below) and the content is not altered.
Articles published in the Hidden Treasures Magazine can be reproduced and distributed in print (a maximum of 200 physical copies), for non-commercial purposes, provided that the article is reproduced in full and the source is cited. Usage above the limit requires special permission from SSF.
No article may be re-uploaded or re-posted in full on another website, social media site, channel or other digital platform without permission.

When sharing our resources as stated above, one of the following citations shall be included:
