The Purity of Christ
This must of necessity be beyond doubt in the minds of all those who believe in the Son of God as their Savior and Redeemer. Therefore, whoever tries to read anything impure into these words about Christ manifested in the flesh commits a great sin! He makes himself guilty of distortion, as well as assertions that are incoherent and meaningless!
Someone who is impure himself surely cannot be accepted by God as an atoning sacrifice for others!
Having a self-will is not sinful; it is doing it that is sinful. “Not My will, but Yours be done, O God.” That is what it means to be pure!
